About Yanni

I Came Here
and Never Left.

I came to the United States from Greece to study — and I hit the ground running. I started college at 16 and went on to become a computer and network engineer. I built a career in technology, but this coast had other plans for me. Southeastern North Carolina pulled me in, and I never left.

Long before I became a Realtor, I explored this area through my camera. I spent countless evenings photographing sunsets over the Cape Fear River, the Milky Way above Fort Fisher, and the quiet beauty of the small coastal communities that make this region special. Photography taught me something important: every place has a story, and every community has its own personality.

Today, I help people find where their story continues. As a Realtor with Aspyre Realty Group, I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners throughout Wilmington, Leland, Hampstead, Rocky Point, Brunswick County, and the surrounding areas. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, relocating their family, investing for the future, or selling a property they’ve loved for years, I believe every client deserves honesty, communication, and guidance they can trust. I don’t believe real estate is about transactions. I believe it’s about people. It’s about listening before speaking. It’s about understanding someone’s goals before discussing square footage or price. It’s about helping families create stability, memories, and opportunities for the future. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family, photographing the Carolina coast, playing guitar, or exploring the communities I’m fortunate enough to serve every day. I don’t just sell homes here. I live here. I photograph here. I raise my family here.

"Real estate is about people, not properties. The homes matter. The numbers matter. But the people matter most."

The Journey

How I Got Here.

The Beginning

From Greece to North Carolina

I came to the United States from Greece to study — and I didn't waste any time. I started college at 16 and went on to become a computer and network engineer. I came for education and opportunity, but Southeastern North Carolina had a way of making itself feel like home. Eventually, it became exactly that — and I never left.

The Lens

Finding My Eye

Long before I was a realtor, I was a photographer. I spent years learning this coast through a viewfinder — the marshes at golden hour, the Milky Way over Fort Fisher, the quiet dignity of small towns. Photography taught me to love this place deeply.

The Career

Becoming a Realtor

Real estate was already in my blood before I was ever licensed. For years I helped my family navigate their commercial business deals — sitting across the table, reading contracts, understanding what was really at stake. When I finally got my license, I brought all of that with me, along with everything I'd learned as a photographer — the patience, the attention to detail, the ability to see what makes a place special. I joined Aspyre Realty Group and built a practice rooted in relationships, not transactions.

Today

A Practice Built on Trust

Today I work with buyers and sellers across Wilmington, Leland, the barrier islands, and the communities in between. My clients come back — and they send their friends and family. That's the measure of this work that matters most to me.

Through My Lens

Photography Is How
I See This Place.

I've been photographing the Carolina coast for over a decade — the marshes, the night skies, the waterways, the communities. It started as a personal passion and became something more: a way of understanding and communicating what makes this region extraordinary.

When I show a client a neighborhood, I'm not just showing them streets and square footage. I'm showing them the light at 6am, the way the marsh smells after rain, the community that gathers at the waterfront on a Friday evening. Photography gave me the language for that.

Every image in my gallery is a reason I do this work. A reason I believe in this coast. A reason I want to help people find their place in it.

How I Work

The Values That
Guide Every Deal.

People First

Real estate is a transaction. A home is a life decision. I treat every client as a person first — with real goals, real concerns, and a real story. The paperwork comes second.

Deep Local Knowledge

I've lived in and photographed every corner of Southeastern NC. I know which neighborhoods flood, which ones are up-and-coming, and which streets have the best sunsets. That knowledge is yours.

A Photographer's Eye

Photography taught me to see — to notice what others walk past. I bring that same attention to every listing, every neighborhood, every client's needs. Details matter.

Community Advocate

I'm not just selling homes in this region — I'm invested in it. I volunteer, I photograph it, I celebrate it. One of my deepest goals is to help locals find their path to homeownership — because this community deserves people who are rooted in it. When you work with me, you're working with someone who genuinely cares about this place and the people in it.

Community Involvement

Invested in This
Region. Always.

Being a realtor in Southeastern North Carolina isn't just a job for me — it's a commitment to a place I love. I'm involved in the communities I serve, not just as a professional, but as a neighbor, a volunteer, and an advocate.

My photography has been used to promote local events, celebrate community milestones, and share the beauty of this coast with people who haven't yet discovered it. I believe that when you help people see a place clearly, you help them love it — and when they love it, they take care of it.

When you work with me, you're working with someone who has a stake in this region's future — not just its present market conditions. That's a different kind of realtor.
